Our story
The world is catching up. We've been ready.
We practiced law at global firms, built systems at Google, Meta, Airbnb, and Amazon, and spent enough time inside the in-house legal function to know exactly where it breaks. The experience gave us a specific conviction: the expertise a legal team accumulates over years - its playbooks, its positions, its hard-won judgment should be available every time it’s needed, compounding over time rather than being reconstructed every time someone opens a new window.
It also gave us a clear picture of what the role could become. The in-house lawyers who matter most to their businesses stand at the center of an orchestrated system, conducting judgment across the organization, not buried in the volume of administration and execution that crowds it out.
We built Ruli for that General Counsel: a platform where research, contract intelligence, regulatory monitoring, and redlining work in coordination, carrying the operational load so legal teams can lead instead of just respond.

Adam has over 11 years experience in legal technology and is passionate about delivering value to his customers. After graduating from UC Hastings in 2011, Adam began his career as a litigator, but transitioned to business development when he realized the potential of applying technology to the law.
